1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using EventShot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
EventShot is an event photo-sharing platform. Hosts create events and invite guests to upload photos via a QR code or link. Hosts can view, manage, and download photos from their events.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Host Responsibilities
As a host, you are responsible for the content uploaded to your events. You must not use EventShot to collect photos of minors without proper consent from their guardians. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Guest Uploads
Guests who upload photos grant the event host a non-exclusive license to view and download those photos through the platform. Guests retain ownership of their original photos.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Data Retention
Photos and event data are retained according to your plan. Trial plan data is retained for 7 days. Standard plan for 90 days. Plus plan for 180 days. Download your photos before the retention period expires.
8. Subscription & Billing
Standard and Plus plans are one-time purchases per event, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
9. Intellectual Property
EventShot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the EventShot team and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
EventShot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EventShot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
